Dentsply Sirona and Rapid Shape Announce Validation of D50+, D90+ and PRO 20 3D Printers for Lucitone Digital Print Denture System Materials

The Lucitone Digital Print Denture System is highly regarded for its robust mechanical strength, exceptional tooth durability, and an extensive platform for producing both full arch and partial dentures, available in 16 A-D* tooth shades plus two bleach options. Rapid Shape’s advanced 3D printing solutions—from chairside to high-volume production—feature cutting-edge technology for faster printing and greater efficiency. Integrated into the D50+ and D90+ with their patented Automatic Separation Module, Rapid Shape enables fully automated production of over 120 dentures, eliminating manual intervention.
Redefining denture manufacturing by bringing speed and efficiency to labs
Validating all Lucitone Digital Print materials for Rapid Shape printers including for both premium and economy dentures – Lucitone Digital Print, Lucitone Digital Value, Lucitone Digital IPN, Lucitone Digital Fuse, and the Digital Cure Units – will enable dental laboratories to meet the increased demand for high-quality dentures without necessitating complex assembly methods or long processing times.
